Never look at problems as a thing that has come to damage or destroy you, or you will never find solution or see a way out of it.
You have to come to a place where you are no longer afraid of what the devil can do.
You must be focus, put all confidence and trust in God so much that there is no room for fear.
A simple prayer can change your entire outlook on your day
Your attitude sets the tone for your day. Troy Gathers
Love is an action word. Don’t just tell people about Christ, let them see Christ in your actions.
Let the world see the love of Christ you profess through your heart and doings.Let your actions cause people to want to know the God you serve.
If you have not shown love to the people you see. How can you love God whom you have not seen.
The best way to show love could be a simple smile, a kind word or a simple gift.
Remember love does not hurt, it never gives up, it is patient, understanding, it never loses faith, rather it is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstances. Christ is our perfect example so, go and spread the love of Christ.
Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. (John 15:13 NKJV)
What makes a great leader? Knowledge, smarts and vision, to be sure. To that, Daniel Goleman, author of “Leadership: The Power of Emotional Intelligence,” would add the ability to identify and monitor emotions — your own and others’ — and to manage relationships
Qualities associated with such “emotional intelligence” distinguish the best leaders in the corporate world, according to Mr. Goleman, a former New York Times science reporter, a psychologist and co-director of a consortium at Rutgers University to foster research on the role emotional intelligence plays in excellence.
He shares his short list of the competencies.
Realistic self-confidence: You understand your own strengths and limitations; you operate from competence and know when to rely on someone else on the team.
Emotional insight: You understand your feelings. Being aware of what makes you angry, for instance, can help you manage that anger.
Resilience: You stay calm under pressure and recover quickly from upsets. You don’t brood or panic. In a crisis, people look to the leader for reassurance; if the leader is calm, they can be, too.
Emotional balance: You keep any distressful feelings in check — instead of blowing up at people, you let them know what’s wrong and what the solution is.
Self-motivation: You keep moving toward distant goals despite setbacks.
Cognitive and emotional empathy: Because you understand other perspectives, you can put things in ways colleagues comprehend. And you welcome their questions, just to be sure. Cognitive empathy, along with reading another person’s feelings accurately, makes for effective communication.
Good listening: You pay full attention to the other person and take time to understand what they are saying, without talking over them or hijacking the agenda.
Compelling communication: You put your points in persuasive, clear ways so that people are motivated as well as clear about expectations.
Team playing: People feel relaxed working with you. One sign: They laugh easily around you.
You can develop, in time, the habit of keeping a positive and happy attitude. Through constant practice, you can boost the positive emotions in you to overshadow or replace the negative, self-defeating emotions. A paper published in Psychological Science discovered that a person can self-generate positive emotions that contribute to better physical health. Having said this, here are some habits that you can develop to generate positive feelings
Your emotions deeply affect your heart. To maintain the health of your organ that symbolizes emotions, you should always practice these positive activities that breed happiness and positive feelings.

A Nigerian man, identified as Oscar received the saddest news of his life about a DNA test.
In the latest episode of The Jeremy Kyle Show,
Oscar discovered that he was not the biological father to his “son” of 32 years.
The son, Valentine had brought his father, Oscar on the show, after being told a month ago by his mum that the man who had brought him up may not actually be his dad.
Oscar brought Valentine to England from Nigeria and put him through school.
So Jeremy did a DNA test on the two men to find out the truth, and it tragically turned out Oscar isn’t Valentine’s real dad.
On finding out the news, Oscar let out the most heartbreaking wail.
“He’s not my son?” he asked
But Jeremy said: “Being a dad isn’t about being blood-related. It takes a man to look after a kid.”
Oscar and Valentine had earlier said that no matter the outcome of the DNA test, “nothing will change” in their relationship.
