Do all the good you can,
By all the means you can,
In all the way you can,
in all the places you can,
At all the times you can,
To all the people you can,
As long as you can

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not”. (Galatians 6:9).

True happiness is found in helping others. Anywhere you find yourself, always remind yourself of this “I shall pass this way but once; any good that I can do or any kindness I can show to any human being; let me do it now. Let me not defer nor neglect it,  for I shall not pass this way again. There is more blessing to give than to receive Acts 20:35

We are to show genuine concern for the welfare of others. without doubt there are many people around us who are burdened and in distressed with some form of spiritual, emotional, mental and physical needs and are in dire need of someone to care and comfort them. These are people the scripture refers as our neighbors in Luke 10:29-37, in all good conscience, we cannot afford to neglect them.

God has not called us to live a selfish life but we should do everything  in our power to contribute to others welfare and their happiness. Let the love of Christ flow through us to others. Don’t practice selective kindness regardless of denomination, gender, race. For you are the salt of the earth and you are to make a positive influence on everyone.

Also, share the message of salvation with those around you and win them over to Christ with love. Help them find their purpose and significance in life. Offer kind and encouraging words to the broken-hearted and the discouraged, visit the homeless, those in prison, comfort the bereaved, give your time and resources and pray for them.

  1. Its so very True what you shared in this Poem, not that we have to make ourselves do good, we will want to when the Lord is our focus and we have His Love in our Heart and as the Scripture below confirms when we are Kind and do good for others we are doing good to Jesus .

Matthew 25 : 31 -40 When the Son of man shall come in His glory and all the Holy Angels with Him, then shall He sit upon the Throne of His glory. And before Him shall be gathered all Nations and He shall separate them one from another as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats. And He shall set the sheep on His right hand but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand; Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was an hungred and ye gave me meat, I was thirsty and ye gave me drink, I was a stranger and ye took me in. Naked, and ye clothed me, I was sick and ye visited me, I was in Prison and ye came unto me. Then shall the Righteous answer Him saying; Lord when saw we thee an hungred and fed thee? or thirsty and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger and took thee in? or naked and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick or in prison and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren ye have done it unto me.
