What if God decides Not To Heal you immediately…
Would you consider Jesus Less a Savior?
What if God decides not to Provide for your want….
Would Jesus be insufficient to you ?
What if God Decides not to Act as you desire…
Would you count him a Sluggard?
What if God doesn’t make sense to you in your grim epoch…
Does that make his Words (Bible) insufficient?
Recently a young man asked me a question..
And he said, “How do you deal with Suffering as A Christian”?
My Response was something on this lines…
By Focusing On The Love Of Christ…
By Looking unto Jesus who’s the Author and finisher of our Faith…
By beholding his Beauty which transforms me into conformity to his Sovereign will and holiness.
By being less self centered and more of Jesus center….
By being less self introspective but more of others centered… “Take the burden away from your suffering by finding someone to Help”
For some people, Trials, poverty, sickness and dire moment makes them loose their Faith in Jesus Christ…
As an Apologist who have studied virtually all believe system, I have seen people turn to Atheism, traditionalism and other Religious Belief system due to one circumstances or the order, they try to use the strawman argument with me but I feel sad because they have counted the blood of The New Covenant as nothing and trampled upon the Son of God just as The Hebrew writer wrote to the discouraged Christians
Even if he doesn’t Come through in our present need, its doesn’t change His Great work on The Cross for us..
Always remember that Trials in The Christian Life are always there to Train us and build us into Maturity in Christ…
A Christian with no Trials wouldn’t even know the kind of Faith he/she has, God doesn’t do this because he doesn’t know our kind of Faith, rather he does this in other to prove our own faith to us, so we can abound more and more..
We can be rest assured of his Eternal Love towards us not because he’s proving it now through most of our Selfish asking, but because He Proved it on the Cross of Calvary once and for all, where he made a Great Proclamation and say, IT’S FINISHED”
IF THE CROSS OF CHRIST IS NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU, NOTHING WILL BE….
John 6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
6:67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?
6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
6:69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.
Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:—Chima
